Welcome to Victoria Hauling Solutions LLC. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Provided

​

Victoria Hauling Solutions LLC provides professional hauling, material delivery (including asphalt, gravel, and topsoil), and site clearing services. All services are subject to equipment availability and safe site conditions.

 

2. Quotations and Pricing

​

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

• Prices are based on the information provided by the client. Any changes to the scope of work, material volume, or delivery location may result in price adjustments.

• Fuel surcharges may apply if market rates fluctuate significantly between the quote and the service date.

 

3. Site Access and Safety

​

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible route for heavy tri-axle dump trucks.

• Property Damage: Victoria Hauling Solutions LLC is not liable for damage to driveways, sidewalks, underground utilities (septic, water, etc.), or landscaping if the damage occurs while following the customer’s specific delivery instructions.

• Right to Refuse: Our drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if they determine a site is unsafe or if the terrain risks damaging our equipment.

 

4. Cancellations and "Dry Runs"

​

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• If a driver arrives at a site and is unable to dump due to site unreadiness or poor access, a "Dry Run Fee" will be charged to cover labor and fuel.

 

5. Payment Terms

​

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior credit agreement is in place.

• We accept Credit Cards, Zelle, Check.

• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5 % monthly interest fee.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

​

Victoria Hauling Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

 

7. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County.
