Refund Policy

Victoria Hauling Solutions LLC: Refund & Delivery Guidelines

To provide the most efficient hauling and aggregate delivery services in Middle Tennessee, we operate under the following professional standards. These policies help us manage our fleet and material costs so we can continue offering competitive rates and dependable service to all our clients.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Standard Loads: Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a $100 "Truck Reservation Fee" to cover lost routing opportunities.

  • Loaded Trucks: Once a truck has been loaded at the quarry or site, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

 

2. Material Quality & Acceptance

​

  • Inspection: Customers (or their contractors) are responsible for inspecting materials (gravel, sand, mulch, etc.) upon arrival.

  • Refusal of Load: If the material is refused due to a company error (wrong material sent), we will provide a full refund or redelivery at no cost.

  • Post-Dump: Once the material has been dumped on-site, it is considered accepted. We cannot "pick up" or refund materials once they have been discharged from the truck.

 

3. Site Access & Safety

​

  • Clear Path: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a clear, stable path for the truck. If our driver determines a site is unsafe or inaccessible, and the delivery cannot be completed, a "Dry Run" fee (50% of the delivery charge) will apply.

  • Property Damage: Victoria Hauling Solutions is not responsible for cracked driveways or underground utility damage resulting from the weight of the equipment if the customer directs the truck onto a private surface.

 

4. Processing Refunds

​

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, ACH, or Apple Pay) within 5–7 business days.
